Delaney Keating - Interim BOARD PRESIDENT
Operations Director, Michigan Founders Fund
Delaney is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and change agent. Her skills in developing trust through human-centered design informs her coaching, facilitation, and communication practices, catalyzes culture and mobilizes missions. No matter her role, she is an unwavering believer in the potential of ideas, the people behind them, and the places they create. (Plus, she throws a pretty groovy dinner party.)
David Reimer, Director
CEO & Managing Partner, The ExCo Group
David is a recognized expert in the leadership development of the C-suite. A former operator himself, David brings a hands-on knowledge of leadership, strategy, operations, and mentoring to the subject of accelerating top executives’ impact. He is consulted by boards, operators and senior HR leaders on the pragmatic development of leaders best-suited for an era of disruption.
Cindy Warner, Director
Technologist, Visionary and Entrepreneur with 360 degree view of a business from strategy through execution. Cindy has started and advised founders on 8 startups and has had the honor to serve as the Founder and CEO of my own company. In addition, she served within the State of Michigan Economic Development organization for 7 years.
Josh Hart, Director
Commercial Insurance Agent, Ford Insurance Agency
Josh is a business owner and insurance professional based in Traverse City, MI. With more than 15 years of experience across the insurance industry, Josh returned to Northern Michigan in 2019 to deepen his community roots. Alongside his insurance work, he is the founder of the Riley’s Candles, client and employee gift giving with a soul, and Riley Foundation, both organizations dedicated to funding life-saving surgeries for dogs in need.

Nick Beadleston - Executive Director
Grove Community Incubator, Executive Director
Nick is a multiple deployment Army veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Previously, he wrote for multiple Colorado and Michigan news publications before entering the field of international community development. There he was introduced to the power of mission-driven businesses with a desire to create more ethical, transparent supply chains.
He has served in an advisory capacity to numerous startups, established businesses, and social enterprises, as well as state and national programs which support scaling, impact-focused entrepreneurs.
Nick is a dad to several chickens, as well as a human child. He is an avid— albeit marginally capable—cook and gardener.
Grove’s Extended Team
Grove’s work extends far beyond our staff and board. Volunteers, independent contractors, facilitators, and community partners contribute their time, talent, and lived experience to help our programs and shared spaces flourish. Their contributions make it possible for Grove to remain responsive, welcoming, and deeply rooted in the community we serve.
